Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Size Exchanges

We want you to feel extraordinary in every Meira outfit. If a garment does not fit as you envisioned, we gladly support size exchanges within 7 days of parcel delivery, subject to alternate size availability.

2. Condition of Garments

To be eligible for an exchange, items must remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and intact with all original brand tags and packaging.

3. How to Request an Exchange

Simply message our WhatsApp support desk with your order reference or name and photos of the garment tags. Our team will guide you through the smooth return pickup or shipping procedure.

4. Damaged or Defective Goods

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt on WhatsApp with photos so we can promptly arrange a replacement.
